About Filia Arapaki
I have experience working clinically with adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health difficulties.
With over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist I have worked with both inpatient and outpatient clinics.
I provide counseling, coaching, and therapy for individuals and couples wanting to understand, examine and effectively change inherent dysfunctional patterns of thought, emotion and behavior that burden health, emotional satisfaction and interpersonal relationships. My approach supports personal growth and combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Compassion Practice, Relaxation and Stress Management Techniques, Schema Therapy and Trauma Therapy (Sensorimotor Psychotherapy).
